National Cadet Corps (NCC)

Training Session for Cadets

National Cadet Corps (NCC) is the reputed organization, which works all over the country with the aim of developing leadership amongst the youth population so that they are always alert and remain available for the service of the nation.

National Cadet Corps (NCC) was started in 1988 and has stood the test of the time with the changing situations in the country’s socio-economic and political environments; along with the technological advancements.

Neena Dayal has been associated with the National Cadet Corps (NCC) and has conducted several training programs for their senior level cadets. The main objectives of these programs has been to strengthen the leadership qualities in the cadets. Through these programs, Neena also strives to help the cadets in keeping themselves aware about the latest career trends. Many of the NCC cadets come from rural backgrounds so these programs help them in understanding how they can upgrade themselves so that they can choose and participate in the latest career streams.

These programs also give the trainers and senior-level armed forces personnel the industry perspectives on the changing paradigms of leadership, teamwork, productivity, efficiency, integrity, and ethics.

Such interactions with the armed forces personnel, trainers and cadets are done by Neena as a part of her Individual Personal Responsibility (IPR). She considers such efforts as her contribution to the people who remain in the background, and help the youth to develop a deep attitude of nationalism. This eventually helps the youth to remain ever ready to serve the nation.
