Neena Dayal is a regularly invited guest to Amity University Lucknow Campus (AULC). She has been examining the students and conducting programs there in the capacity of an external Capability Building Specialist, and industry expert.
The interactions Neena has been invited for so far have been as an external examiner and industry expert for judging the final year projects of BBA and MBA students. This involves examining the projects, conducting the final interviews and marking the students. In addition, Neena also counsels the students for their future career paths. She guides them to understand the challenges of the professional environments and helps them in upgrading themselves.
Neena has also conducted programs that are based on her extensive experience in the fields of entrepreneurship, e-learning, online trainings and online coaching. She has more than 12,000 hours of extensive coaching experience with a distinguished global clientele, comprising of mid, top and apex level executives, entrepreneurs and coaches.
Amity University Lucknow Campus (AULC) has 17 institutions catering to 87 programs, having a student strength of 5000 students. The multiple research centres of the institution facilitate and felicitate research in the diversified areas like Nanotechnology, Biotechnology, Electronics, Agriculture, Forensic Sciences and many others non-conventional fields.
Neena loves to coach and empower young students to enhance their employability standards and make them ready for the tough corporate working environments.
Neena also specializes in the subject of Entrepreneurship. She loves to coach young students of professional streams in Entrepreneurial Mindset Development because she knows there is tremendous potential for the young students if they decide to embrace the challenging field of entrepreneurship. For this purpose, she trains and coaches them to start their own businesses, whenever an opportunity arises.
Neena has started a new Toastmasters Club at Amity University Lucknow Campus (AULC). Toastmasters International is the world-renowned non-profit educational organization that teaches Public Speaking and Leadership Skills through a worldwide network of clubs. Headquartered in Englewood, Colorado, USA, the organization’s membership exceeds 357,000 in more than 16,600 clubs in 143 countries. Since 1924, Toastmasters International has helped people from diverse backgrounds become more confident speakers, communicators, and leaders.
