Neena Dayal has conducted Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) for the faculty members of Georgions Academy at Lucknow. The main focus of these programs has been Total Image Transformation as Neena was informed that the main challenges faced by the faculty members were related with personality upgrade, relationships management, and workplace politics.

The elements covered in these programs have been about understanding the basic personality types, understanding how to relate with the other people, dealing with workplace politics, relating with students and attempting to excel in their professional careers as teachers.

The faculty members of some educational institutions may be very well qualified and well suited for the teaching jobs, but they may have certain issues, which hamper their progress in their profession and affects their respectability. These issues are not really discussed openly, but if they are left unaddressed they can become festering wounds. And then they start manifesting in unrelated areas and can create problems, which are very difficult to be traced back to the points of origin.

Neena’s expertise in her signature subject of Mental Resilience, along with the experience of handling coaching clients from various walks of life, makes her quite adept at resolving such situations and suggesting solutions that can be implemented with ease.
