Top Results Coaching was founded by Kirstin O’Donovan. She is truly the protagonist of Personal Development. Through her Top Results Coaching, she drives the Personal Development industry and creates tangible enhancement in results in all the professional and personal areas of life. She runs her coaching practice, living and working from Spain and Switzerland.

 

Kirstin O’Donovan started out as a person who never paid much attention to anything that would turn into something of lasting value – be they career related, relationships related, or finances related. Then some major changes in her life propelled her to see the direction-less way in which she was spending her life. This was a wakeup call and she started to pull things together and eventually started Top Results Coaching. The focus of her enterprise is an enhancement in business and personal productivity through the power of intensive and results-oriented coaching.

 

Neena Dayal runs a 12-week Mastermind Coaching Program called “You Were Born Rich”. This program is based on her mentor, Mr. Bob Proctor’s book of the same name. This program is a very popular one, in which amazing tools are given, which help a person discover their true hidden potential in a fun learning, jargon-free and mutually helpful environment.

 

Kirstin O’Donovan attended this 12-week Mastermind Coaching Program of “You Were Born Rich”. One of the core objectives of this program is to develop cross-cultural, global working relationships based on the Mastermind Principle. These help in expanding businesses by leveraging the true power of the Internet.

 

Neena has had people from all over the world join in this program. The format of the program is interactive, with knowledge sharing in a cross-cultural setting. The program is run online and always has a waiting line-up from the prospective interested attendees.
