The Coaching Collaborative is a coaching-based entrepreneurial enterprise started and run by Iva Wilson. She is a former president of a company with $500 million in sales in the electronics components market. Iva is a proponent of Total Quality Management, and creates transformational success with an emphasis on organizational culture development and employee retention with loyalty, making the organizations grow from strength to strength.

 

Iva Wilson’s work at The Coaching Collaborative is supported by her 30 years of rich industry experience as a leader of Philips Display Components, a manufacturer of TV and computer tubes, society for Organizational Learning, a spin-off from MIT, and Glyricon, a Xerox start-up company that used to make paper-like displays, as are now employed by Kindle.

 

Neena Dayal runs a 12-week Mastermind Coaching Program called “You Were Born Rich”. This program is based on her mentor, Mr. Bob Proctor’s book of the same name. This program is a very popular one, in which amazing tools are given, which help a person discover their true hidden potential in a fun learning, jargon-free and mutually helpful environment.

 

Iva Wilson attended this 12-week Mastermind Coaching Program of “You Were Born Rich”. One of the core objectives of this program is to develop cross-cultural, global working relationships based on the Mastermind Principle. Iva Wilson has a Doctorate in Electrical Engineering from the University of Stuttgart and an MBA from The University of Chicago.
