Jaipuria Institute of Management is the premier B – School of India. It was started in 1995 by The House of Jaipuria, which was established in 1942 as a well-known name with interests in Textile, Power, and Education.

The House of Jaipuria began its educational journey in 1945, with the establishment of Jaipuria College in Kolkata. Since then it has become a benchmark for the latest innovations in technology and efficient management along with its philanthropic activities.

Neena Dayal is a regularly invited guest to Jaipuria Institute of Management Lucknow. She has been conducting programs there in the capacity of an external Capability Building Specialist, and industry expert.

The programs she has conducted so far have been based on her extensive experience in the fields of e-learning and online training and online coaching. She has more than 12,000 hours of extensive coaching experience with a distinguished global clientele, comprising of mid, top and apex level executives, entrepreneurs and coaches.

E-learning is the future of learning and development function. All organizations have started moving towards adapting e-learning into their training schedules. This has opened new avenues for the students of management into the fields of e-learning. Neena just loves to cover the latest trends in the learning fields and careers opportunities through the programs she conducts for the faculty and management students. These give them the industry perspectives and makes them realize the tremendous alternate streams of work that are open in front of them. These alternate streams range right from Instructional Designing professions to Consulting to participating in the Learning and Development function of an organization. Many of these professions also have allied liaisons with the Human Resource Development function of an organization, as in-house trainings are the norm of the day.
