2. Eligibility

Users aged 13 –17 years may access educational content under the supervision and consent of a parent, guardian, teacher, or institution.

By purchasing any product, you represent and warrant that you satisfy these eligibility requirements.

3. Nature of Digital Products

All books, guides, reports, templates, training materials, and related content are delivered digitally.

No physical copies are shipped unless explicitly stated.

Access is provided through our online systems and platforms.

4. License Grant

Upon successful payment, customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use purchased content for personal educational purposes.

Customers do not acquire ownership rights in any digital files, content, software, graphics, or intellectual property.

5. Prohibited Uses

Users may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute content.

  • Upload content to public or private file-sharing platforms.

  • Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially exploit content.

  • Create derivative works from our materials.

  • Circumvent security measures.

  • Extract graphics, text, code, databases, or proprietary materials.

  • Print and distribute multiple copies.

  • Share login credentials with unauthorized individuals.

Any violation may result in suspension or permanent revocation of access without compensation.

6. Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.

Where suspicious activity is detected, including unusual geographic access patterns, simultaneous logins, automated access, credential sharing, or fraud indicators, Success Synergy Enterprises may:

  • Temporarily suspend access;

  • Request identity verification;

  • Restrict account functionality; or

  • Permanently revoke access for repeated violations.

Users may contact support for grievance redressal and account review.

7. Bulk Licensing

Organizations, institutions, businesses, educational establishments, and families may purchase multi-user licenses subject to separate licensing terms.

Unauthorized sharing beyond purchased license limits is prohibited.

8. Pricing and Taxes

Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices include applicable taxes, including GST where required.

Additional taxes, duties, or governmental charges applicable in a purchaser's jurisdiction remain the purchaser's responsibility.

9. Pre-Orders

Certain products may be offered on a pre-order basis.

Release dates are estimates only.

Changes to release schedules may occur and will be communicated through website announcements and email notifications.

10. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee continuous availability of our website or digital systems.

Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, outages, cyber incidents, third-party failures, or force majeure events may temporarily affect access.

We shall not be liable for losses resulting from such interruptions.

12. Fraudulent Transactions and Chargebacks

Fraudulent chargebacks, payment reversals, unauthorized disputes, or abuse of payment systems may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension;

  • Permanent revocation of access;

  • Recovery actions;

  • Reporting to payment processors or authorities where appropriate.

13. Updates and Improvements

Customers receiving lifetime access will receive future updates, corrections, revisions, and improvements relating to the purchased edition without additional charges.

Major new editions or entirely new products may require separate purchase.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Success Synergy Enterprises shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of its products or services.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product.

15. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating court proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiations and mediation.

If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Uttar Pradesh, India.

Courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India shall retain exclusive jurisdiction over matters not subject to arbitration.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India and the State of Uttar Pradesh.
