Refund policy

Because our products are digital and access is granted immediately upon activation, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted.

Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Duplicate payments were made;

  • The product was not delivered due to a technical failure on our side;

  • Access was never activated and a refund request is submitted within 7 days of purchase;

  • Refund is otherwise required under applicable law.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind;

  • Failure to read product descriptions;

  • Lack of technical knowledge;

  • Failure to achieve desired business, educational, or personal outcomes;

  • Activated accounts;

  • Consumed digital content;

  • Downloaded materials;

  • Subscription periods already used.

Chargeback Abuse

Customers initiating fraudulent chargebacks may have all access privileges permanently revoked.

Cancellation

Users may discontinue use of the service at any time.

Cancellation does not create an entitlement to refunds unless specifically stated herein or required by law.
