Neena Dayal had the privilege to coach the erstwhile Development Manager of Legend Management Services LLC. He was one of Neena’s earliest coaching clients and the experience she received with this assignment was just marvelous.
The Development Manager of Legend Management Services LLC was also a professional Civil Engineer, and was actively serving as a Business Consultant to several other companies. He had also launched his own business and was concerned about the Entrepreneurial Mindset Development, which was needed for his new venture.
The main objective of this coaching program was Successful Goal Setting and Achievement in the business scenarios. The coaching materials also led to enhancement in Personal Goal Setting and Achievement.
