Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has been a regular client over the period of years. Neena Dayal has conducted several training programs for them for their mid, top and apex level executives.

The induction programs have been conducted for the newly appointed engineers and technical executives, who have to be posted in far flung areas. Most of these executives have been possibly stepping out of the safety and security of their homes for the very first time. The questions such newly appointed executives ask in these sessions are of very intensive emotional nature. Many of them come from rural backgrounds and feel highly insecure in the environs of a huge government organization. The safety net that the government jobs provide tends to create an inertia in the minds of the people. When this becomes widespread in the organization, it invariably affects the mindsets and curtails the innovative spirit. If left unchecked it damages teamwork, breeds workplace politics and affects the productivity in the long run. How to not let this happen is a challenge that the top and apex level executives face continuously. Workplace Politics is a subject very close to Neena’s heart. She always targets this in her programs because it is a very integral part of human psyche.
